“Safety and Well-being Crucial for Viksit Bharat”
54th National Safety Day was celebrated in a grand manner across our group companies. As a part of the celebration, one day Safety Training was conducted to our ERT – Emergency Response Team & Safety Committee Members at Coimbatore Productivity Council on 04.03.2025.
The Program was inaugurated by Officials from Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, Coimbatore. Directors, Joint Managing Director, Executives, Team Heads and members of the HR, Safety & Training Team from our Group were present.
Function started with Tamil Thai Vazthu, followed by Roots Anthem and Safety Pledge.
Our team welcomed the Officials from Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, Executives and Participants from our Group and delivered the Presidential Address. In the address mentioned the importance of safety not only in industries but also at home and public and highlighted various steps taken at Roots like provision of State of Art Machines and compliance to various Safety & legal requirements.
Officials from Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, elaborately briefed on the importance of Safety in daily life and the importance of conducting Safety Audits for different types of processes, Importance of safety at home, Enhance Safety Culture at all walks of life.
